That leads to compound curved 3-d surfaces at the root of the fingers. After all, for fully flat machining the bit radius at the joint bottom is unavoidable and must match the counterpart surfaces. So far I have the user interface and a graphical representation but the math for calculating the tool path for a void free joint is not trivial.
